How we get the information and why we do we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you so that we can carry out contracted services for you.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(b) We have a contractual obligation.
What we do with the information
We use the information that you have given us in order to communicate with you and provide services you require.
Occasionally, we may share your address with reputable external suppliers to arrange delivery of materials.
If the contracted service relates to an installation of a product such as a boiler or electric shower, we may be legally obliged to register your boiler for safety and warranty purposes. In this instance, we would share your information with relevant manufacturers and/or Gas Safe registrar where appropriate.
How we store your information
Your personal information is stored securely and is not accessible to public. We hold your personal data for the duration of the contract and for the period of guarantee.
